Return Policy

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will gladly replace a damaged or defective item with a new copy of the same item. Please return the item via US Postal Service, along with a COPY of your original order paperwork and a note describing the problem, to:

We will send a new item upon receipt of the old one and will reimburse your postage.

REFUNDS

If you are dissatisfied with an item, we will gladly refund your purchase price (merchandise cost only) within thirty days of purchase and with receipt of item in new, saleable condition. (Please note that DVDs, CDs, audio and video cassettes, computer software, and other media are refundable ONLY if unopened).
